  Thought this was a nice summary of the $$ earned by the PAC12 via its participation in the NCAA tournament this year.

  A good reminder of how much money is at stake on selection Sunday and during the entire tournament. Even if a conference does not show well in the tournament (ACC this year, PAC12 last year), there is still a lot of money made just from getting bids.
