      I wonder why he hasn’t gotten more attention. The dude is HUGE. 6 ft 6 and 240 pounds of muscle! He had 16, that’s SIXTEEN sacks in his most recent football season.

      I hate the name Ryker as much as the next guy, but that can’t be the reason he isn’t rated on 247

        The reason he’s not rated on 247 (or Rivals for that matter) is because he’s primarily a “lacrosse” player. This guy has been committed to Utah for LAX for a couple of years now.

        I like his “size”, and “16 sacks” also looks REAL good. And since his scholarship is for lacrosse, I can’t see any downside to him practicing with the team, in hopes of finding a spot on the 2 deep.

          If he plays football at all and is on athletic scholarship at the U, it counts toward the football numbers (see Lohner) which prevents schools from signing up a bunch of golf team football players. But, if the coaches think he’s worth that, i’m all for it.
