Very satisfied. sucks to end the season seeing a winnable game slip away. I don’t blame the coaching staff or any one player, it just seemed like lack of experience caught up with us this last couple games. These young kids like Shelley and Dixon will be better next year. I’m sure they will do something about the RB spot if Moss doesn’t come back.

Slightly unsatisfied.

I thought we had a shot at 10-11 wins this year and we fell just short of that. Other than 3 or 4 games, our offensive struggles continued, which was the most disappointing part for me. We had a returning QB, 1,000 yard RB, most of our OL and the same OC from the year before. I had my doubts, but really was hopeful that the O would turn the corner this year. 

This certainly wasn’t a bad season. We finally won the South, went to the Holiday Bowl, and beat BYU. But the way we lost to UW & WSU during the regular season, the way we lost the CCG, and then that dreadful second half in the Holiday Bowl really put a damper on the season.

I predicted 7-5.

I suppose I should be pleased. Last 2 games left a bad taste in my mouth.

We did better than I expected this year with 9 wins. Remember, we only won 7 games last year. We won the PAC 12 South, beat BYU and some really good teams like Oregon, UCLA, Stanford and Arizona and played in the Holiday Bowl. The loss to Washington and Northwestern should leave a big chip on the shoulders of our returning lettermen, I hope. We’ve got to get a really good Offensive Coordinator and hope that Moss returns.
