Nice interview with Whitt

I actually saw this on CB this afternoon. As they tend to do, they began to attack coach Whitt for the things he said. I challenge anyone (Ute or Cougar) to find anything Whitt said that could be considered offensive to BYU fans.

It is a nice interview. But, Whitt keeps everything close to the vest – so there is nothing earth-shattering.

How could anyone other than idiot be mad about that interview? It is just a coach talking about his journey to where he is at. Yes, the Utes have rocked it and grown throughout the years. They are just p**sed it isn’t them and they are stuck in bottom feeder stagnation.

Good interview from Canzano. I jumped over to CB to have a look. Most of them clearly didn’t even read the article. They can’t seem to figure out that Whitt was speaking about realignment because he was asked. He didn’t just start spouting off. Thankfully, there were a few rational posters there that pointed this out and also said we all know it’s happening and Whitt isn’t saying anything wrong. I’m not sure why they would take offense at all. It’s not like he said we’re going to the big leagues and byu isn’t. These people must be unsufferable to live with. I feel bad for their wives and children.
