Oklahoma State at Kansas State discussion

“UGE” game to keep an eye on for us Ute fans. Kansas state looked lost last week, but today they’re at home. Do or die most likely for OSU. 10am kick on ESPN

I want to see the B12 have a couple of good teams that get into the playoffs and do some damage. 2 births is unlikely but that is what I am rooting for. Best-case scenario would be 2 undefeated teams in the conference championship but an undefeated and a 1-loss team might do it if the cards fall our way.

Hard to see either K St or O St being that 1-loss team after last week’s ineptitude but weirder things have happened.

I don’t think it’d possible for 2 teams to be undefeated. The Utes play Iowa St., BYU, and UCF. Best shot was Utah vs. KSU. Now we’re only getting the B12 champ in so they can play UT or Georgia.

Would be amazing for OSU to bounce back with a win, but I don’t see it happening. I thing utah broke them and Ollie Gordon has given up. He wasn’t blocking for bowman and (reading between the lines) has a bad attitude after playing so poorly after such high expectations.

OSU defense is looking charmin soft. Both of these teams got beat ragged by more physical teams last week so whoever is tougher can take it.

I think that, at the end of the season, neither one of these teams will even challenge for the Big XII title. I’ve watched them for three games each and they’re both flawed in ways that can’t be easily overcome. I think that Johnson, with his long blond hair flying behind him, is more marketing than anything else. Yeah, sure, he’s got wheels but he sure is inconsistent when it comes to passing. I’d put my money on UCF, Iowa State, and the TDS as Utah’s biggest competitors int he Big XII.

KSU is separating. Bowman is…. not good.

Yeah, just tuned in, Bowman with a couple good passes but drive stalls. Punt. Checking the box score, OSU still struggling with run game, 87 yards on the ground while their defense has allowed KSU 206. Ollie Gordon is getting his 5 yards per carry, though.
