      Here is an interesting article on how they will pick the officials for this Friday’s game and how bad the PAC12 officiating is.

      I agree with Canzano that these guys do not know where to spot the ball and often get it wrong.  It was very costly for us, when Cam obviously had a first down at the seven against Oregon.  They moved the ball back and we didn’t get that first down that may have won us the game.

      What do you guys think?

      I just hope there is NO USC bias on Friday night.  It is better financially for the conference if USC wins. So …

      It’s absolutely better for everyone involved with PAC 12 football that USC win, and win decisively. That being said, it was also better for everyone involved if Utah would have won the CCG against Oregon in 2019. That didn’t happen just like I hope it doesn’t happen this Friday.

        Utah was blown out in 2019. Not even the refs could help.

          I was at that game.  Utah was down by a TD midway through the 4th QTR with the ball and driving in Oregon territory when they had a 4th and short and decided to punt.  That was the game right there as Oregon scored two late TDs to skew the score.

      I never feel they are bias.  I just see it as horrible all around and it is chaos that affects the game. 
      I want to say during the last matchup it was Utahs sideline official who couldn’t spot correctly.  The time issues for previous matchup also made no sense because it occurred twice. The officials just have no idea on the rules and sort of cause chaos as they go instead of sustaining some semblance of order.

      Can we get a mountain west crew to officiate this game?
