      Turns out there were multiple freshmen who practiced at different positions during bowl prep.

      One that is likely to stick is Tao Johnson moving to FS. Coaches love his athleticism and speed for the position.

      Scalley thinks he could be the next Julian Blackman.

      Another WR recruit that wasn’t good enough to play WR for a team with terrible WR talent. Geezuz man, we need to hire someone that can recruit guys that can actually make an impact at WR.

      Interesting! Any other position changes of note? I know most won’t stick, but Connor O’Toole seems to have made a nice transition to DE.

      I met his dad in the airport in Boise on the way down to the Rose Bowl. Super rad guy from the short conversation we had. Seems like Johnson is very much bought in. I think he will be VERY good wherever he ends up sticking on the D.
