      I wonder if this made Tufele’s decision. I don’t see him starting over FM and LL. Below from Pac12 blog – red inserted for emphasis.

       

      “Tufele is the No. 1 prospect in the state of Utah and the nation’s No. 119 overall recruit. He will team with recent USC signee Marlon Tuipulotu, the No. 1 prospect in the state of Oregon, to give USC an immediate influx of talent at defensive tackle, where there is immediate playing time available.”

      I think the school, surroundings, atmosphere, tradition, etc was probably more impactful than immediate playing time.

        Take all of that and add immediate playing time? I’m sure that’s a dream situation for him.
