Huntley is very good at running in the red zone, and of course Moss is great at finding the end zone as well. They’re definitely ahead of Shyne and Shelly and I think that was essentially the differnece in red zone efficiency today. I really think if Shyne kept his head up instead of just lowing his head and trying to plow over defenders in short yardage situations, he could see some holes/lanes to cut into and get a lot more yardage.

Green I think or Brumfield had one where he just headbutts his lineman’s ass when the left lane was open all day.

Agreed but I would have liked to see more creative play calling. TE’s played well all day, so perhaps a lob to them? I’d love to see Covey or Green going into motion and then one of those little pop passes in place of a hand of to get them running fast right at the snap. Both are capable of making a guy miss and can use thier vision to make the cut.

Ha Indeed! They did try a small twist with that disaster of a direct snap, but odds are that was a dive inside the box Oregon was stacking. I don’t think a corner fade to a tall TE is all that cute. Especially with the air Shelly puts under his throws.

We find so many way’s to get Covey the ball, have we tried that presnap motion play so he is already doing 100 when the ball is snaped?
