A lot of talk prior to the game of wanting our fans to come out and be loud tonight…the crowd definitely did its part and played a factor tonight!

Covey said in his post game interview that it was the funnest game he’s every played in at RES because of the crowd. It looked electric watching on TV but for those of you that were at the game, please share your thoughts!

It was absolutely electric and a heck of a fun game to be at. It continued to build throughout the game, and it was fun to see the stadium so full to start the game.

Atmosphere reminded me of Utah/TCU in 2008. Was definitely the funnest game I can remember in some time. 🙂

I almost forgot that we had a bunch of big recruits at the game as part of their official visits…can’t ask for a better game, atmosphere, and performance to showcase to recruits than tonight’s game!

I was there. Energy was great. Amazing to see the stadium full before kickoff. We should strive to do that for the rest of the year especially for this team.

I thought it was loud. I wish they didn’t mic the band up though. They forgot to turn off the mics you could hear the band talking amongst themselves at times.

I noticed! Suzy’s band camp stories were TMI IMO.

Certainly the best in-person experience at a game this season thanks to crowd, weather, outcome (obviously), etc. Saw some on Twitter complaining about crowd lacking energy in 1st half, but I don’t feel that way. ASU scored easily on opening drive of game and we had some turnovers at unfortunate times. This made it tough for the crowd to really get electric, but I always felt like energy was there — just needed to be released. Crowd was on fire after came out of half and scored.

There were quite a few ASU fans in the stadium. Didn’t have any interactions with them, but their little section was fairly loud at times in the first half and they were all over the concourses.

I thought ASU fans had a poor showing. They’ve traveled much better in past years.

RES is euphoric when it’s rocking like it was tonight. All of the flags in the stadium has always felt special to me. I think it’s a unique part of a game at RES and not something you see in other stadiums.

I loved the “22” tunnel when the team entered the stadium!

I’m a season ticket holder, but this is actually the first game I was able to attend this season (and so first game back at RES since 2019). The new team entrance is a huge upgrade over the blow-up toy. But really….that’s a great entrance. I think now on par with UW’s “Purple Reign” entrance.
