It really is a mixed bag. Huntley is somewhat inaccurate, but close enough in most cases for the receivers to make an attempt at the ball. Huntley also is not seeing the field, either in the run game (a necessity to run the option effectively) or in the passing game. Unless, and until he get better at the little things this will be an average team.
Now on the other side the receivers need to run better routes and catch the damn ball. Huntley can help a bit with better timing, speed and placement, but ultimately the receivers need to be more focused on doing the mechanics of catching the ball. As a group they seem to have no sense of urgency and desire to improve (outside Covey). Part of this is coaching, and part need to be internal to the players themselves.
