I thought Rising looked promising. He moved the ball well and his throws were quick and accurate. The pick was obviously a mistake but hopefully will be a learning experience. I’m not going to blame the fumble on him when the O-Line let the defender into the backfield virtually untouched.
Hoping Rising’s injury isn’t serious and we can see him again soon. I’m riding with Rising
Interesting comment from a poster on /r/cfb tonight, paraphrasing: “I went to high school with Rising, he was always getting hurt, concussed, and dumb as a box of rocks. He peaked in his soph year IMHO.”
Take it for what it’s worth, and don’t shoot the messenger.
have you ever heard a fan on cougar board saying anything positive about a Ute player. I have not. These comments are very typical of Mormons not just cougar fans, if you’re not LDS you are wrong and they are right, you are dumb and they are not, they are going to heaven and you are staying in terrestrial heaven; and on and on…..etc,etc,etc.
Nah. I’ve separated my shoulder. No way he throws a ball on the sideline after doing that. I couldn’t lift my arm for a week, couldn’t bring it above my head for a month and a half.
First game .. I think we’re in trouble at the QB spot. For as much experience Bentley comes with ; I was expecting much better play and decision making. Overall Same hype, same play calling , same results … bright side we do have some young upcoming players
