  I haven’t heard anything in the last week or so on the previously mentioned log out issue. Is anyone still experiencing it? Did you clear cache, log out, log back in and click “remember me?”

      Yep, would have to log back in after a couple days – even if I had the “remember me” checked. So for me it’s fixed!

  My issue is that I am able to login on the website, but the same login is not working on the mobile app.

    That seems like a user error issue. 🙂 I saw that you reset your password about 5 times so perhaps you’re mixed up there. If you continue to have issues let me know.

      Ouch 😂. And this whole time I thought my username and password skills were one of the stronger parts of my game. Back to the drawing board. I’ll put in the work and come back to the app login when I’m ready for prime time.

  Very anecdotally it seems to me better. I know I was logged out in the past numerous times but assumed that was by design (even with the keep Mr signed in button) and now less. I use Brave / Chrome on desktop on/off company VPN and those + the mobile app on the phone also on and off Brave VPN

  Issue resolved in Chrome (yay!) but still logging me out every time in Safari.

    You may need to clear your safari cache and cookies and all that stuff. Log out, log back in and click remember me.

  Using Chrome on website and Safari on iPhone. Both will log me out every few days. I had to sign in again today.

    Clear cookies and cache, login and select remember me… and let me know later!
