      Utah St guard. Has anyone heard anything ?

      I heard gossip about some personal things but nothing about transfer stuff. Is the higher Utah St target the Anthony kid who sat out last year? Originally committed to Virginia.

        Anthony didn’t just commit to UVA, he played on their NC team.

        He plays tough D….Definitely wouldn’t mind seeing him migrate down to SLC.

          I hope they both come down.

          rollie has the higher ceiling I think.  He started at PG as a true frosh on a tourney tand was good.  He’s big and amd strong and fast.

          marco is a great defender and athlete but a so-so shooter both from the field and the line.

            We have guards who can shoot….Defense is what we need….Hopefully, Anthony reaches out to Coach CS.

              Defense is great and all but if you can’t rebound any better than this last year’s team it doesn’t do much good.  Our rebounding was absolutely horrible this last season.  Larry’s teams have historically not be great rebounding teams but this last season we were dead last in BOTH offensive and defensive rebounds.  Allowing offensive rebounds is usually worse than a turnover since the opponent gets the ball usually near the paint and not in open court.  The scoring percentage is usually much higher.  This team needs to get stronger, tougher and taught how to get proper position to rebound the basketball.

              Sorry for the rant but it is a pet peeve of mine!  Maybe watch some film of Baylor and Houston in the off season might help.

      I believe it’s “Worster”, but I could be wrong.
