  They are actually admitting that it was an oversight by the school in the contract. I have no idea how that happens, but that is an unbelievable amount of incompetence.
  
  The article says that they are relying on “intent” of the contract, not the actual verbiage contained within the contract. I would not be surprised to see the scumbag fight and win based on what is written in the contract.
