Season over, wow shockingly disappointing. We are really terrible.

  But we have beaten people. It was almost as if the announcers were CHEERING for Oregon State to get their first conference win because it was their real last chance to do it (their final three games are on the road). We lost to that same Oregon State team the exact same way last year in Corvallis (by 1 point actually) and the same kid scored the points at the end to give Oregon State the win.

    It wasn’t just the announcers, I have no doubt in my mind that the officials thought “Ok, if it’s close down the stretch, we’ll give them some calls and try to get them a W so they aren’t winless on the season. If they pull it off, tough s**t Utah, beat them by 15 like you are supposed to, then we don’t matter anyway, right?” To that I say, yup, that’s exactly right.
