I’ve been fighting a torn rotator cuff, separated shoulder, and bicep tendon issues for 8 months. The cortisone shots have worn off and I can’t take the pain anymore.  So today I’m getting shoulder surgery. I’ll be pretty drugged up and not able to move my right arm for awhile. But I’ll still be able to wield the ban hammer. Going to miss attending the next couple of home bball games at least.

Now is the time for chaos and anarchy. RISE UP PROLETARIAT MASSES AGAINST OUR TONIAN DICTATOR!!!!!!!!

Also, good luck with the shoulder thing. This revolution is nothing personal.

Probably stating the obvious, but if the Utes sweep this home stand you won’t be allowed to attend any more basketball games. Just how fate works.

Yeah that’s how my aunt works. But I was also there when we had the longest home winning streak in the nation. So there’s that.

Good luck Tony! I had mine fixed 4 months ago.
For the first few weeks I couldn’t sleep very well (in a recliner or on a wedge). Stay ahead of the pain for this first week.
Still can’t sleep on that side. Therapy was brutal until I got my range of motion back. Now I am strength training the rotator cuff, and I had to give up skiing this season.
The stability in my shoulder is better than it has been in 30 years, and I am absolutely sure I made the right choice to get it done. Don’t skip the exercises they give you (shoulder shrugs, passive arm swings, etc). They do help during these first few days.

      Good luck!
