Anyone else laugh at SJSU running the QB off the field acting like he was confused only to snap the ball to the half back?  Don’t know that I have ever seen such a play at the college level.

It was especially funny the 2nd time they tried it. The moment the QB started walking to the sideline with his hands up, I was like “really? You’re trying that again??? HA!”

I seem to recall UCLA pulling something like that against us four or five years ago . . .

      Anyone remember that?

I believe BYU ran it against us one year.

We ran it with Ratliff against TCU in 2006.

Rather have that boneheaded play than seeing the ball snapped and not a single o-lineman move while Huntley gets hit…

He was just snapping becuase the D jumped. Not quick enough though.

          It’s happened 3 or 4 times now

“Run the fake hike with the QB walking off the field confused play!” “But coach, it didn’t work the first time.” “Perfect! They won’t be expecting it again.”

Scott Mitchel ran it against Nebraska for the Utes.  So, don’t laugh too much.  Running it two times in one game when it didn’t work the first time was a bit odd.
