We did what we needed to do to win big but the injuries really concern me.  Cam is not effective with that brace on.

I was thrilled with Johnson and Jackson.  But, sad to see Jackson injured.  Has anyone heard how he is doing?  Also, worried about Glover’s injury and Bernard is not 100%.  The defense played much better in the second half.

      So, who plays next week?

We have as close to a bye week with Furd coming in. Hopefully the starters can get healthy and rested for Oregon.

Utah’s defense(with a little help from the weather) shut down one of the best offenses in the country. They had probably 3-4 broken plays all game which lead to 10 points. I am not really counting anything after the Gilmore fumble.
Rising is clearly rusty and hurt. Luckily he has Stanford who is pretty terrible to knock off more rust. Hopefully he heals and I am fine with Nate Johnson coming in for designs runs because guy is a burner.

TT was in on special teams and was firing up the crowd. It was cool to see him make some tackles.

Utah made a fg so slight improvement for the Specialist special teams ever.

Utah’s Oline settled in and just asserted their dominance to win this thing.

      Go Utes!!

In addition to the field goal, special teams was pretty amazing on the punts! If the punter doesn’t win pac 12 special teams player of the week, he got robbed.

It seems like Proud is being overly critical of Rising without giving him the benefit of doubt.
I bet Rising didn’t even take very many reps for a few weeks and was just doing conditioning type stuff.
I like what Proud posted though. His passion for the team is one of the best on the board. He is coming from a place of genuine concern. Luckily he doesn’t care about the downvotes and will keep giving his opinions.
