      And by that I mean those that have announced intentions to go elsewhere, not those who have not announced as of yet.
      (Yes, I know there’s two more announcements in the next 45 mins or so).

        I think he probably wanted the Tuttle promise but after that whole thing I doubt Whitt ever does that again.

      Not surprised about Powell. Given that the Jake Bentley news happened after he said he was coming to Utah… plus Ludwig offered that scholly to another quarterback last week, right? Can’t remember who.
