He’s definitely been timid and unsure since his injury but it seemed to click for him after the first few drives. He looked like he got his confidence back to ore injury levels.
Maybe this is just playing a bad ucla defense, maybe troy Taylor finally got in a rhythm calling plays. But I think Tyler got his “it” back and if he did we will compete like he’ll in these next 2 games.
It was a lot of things but most importantly was our O-line stepped up, established a downhill running game, and protected Tyler in the pocket. That was our O-line’s best game thus far. Amazing what can happen when you get good line play.
This. Seems like the 1st Q the team was confused with a lot of missed assignments and looked like nearly every play was a busted play because there was always some UCLAn loose in the Utes’ backfield. Gradually they seemed to get it sorted.
