Strength and Conditioning needs to be addressed

Examined? Analyzed? Fired? We’re doing something wrong to have nearly two years of having half or more of our talented defensive players out with injuries. Or is it the turf at the practice facility?

Seriously something needs to be addressed. Heads need to roll…. or something. I know they tried the “NFL” way of doing their S&C this season, but that apparently doesn’t work for us or wasn’t properly implemented.

Whoa whoa whoa. You’re supposed to throw your hands up in the air and impotently hope for reality to reverse course out of sheer chance, not hold somebody responsible for their responsibility.

In all seriousness yes S&C staff needs a close looking at and if I’m AD every surface of turf we touch is getting replaced and nobody in my athletics umbrella is ever lacing up an under armor shoe/cleat ever again. In fact, I would say this is imperative and not something you wait for tomorrow to start. This is actually a more serious matter than winning games, we can’t accept anything but the best outcomes for our athletes. These are football players for 3 or 4 years and just people for the rest of their lives. It’s immoral and unacceptable to do nothing.
