What’s the status on Tavion for tomorrow? I’ve seen some questionable material on FB indicating he may not go tomorrow. Maybe our friend @onlyU can shed some light on this situation.

Yep, I was also looking at that FB thread about Thomas’ status and didn’t know if I should trust it. Some reliable info would be great.

Did we ever find out what the injury even was? Knee, arm, ankle??

I don’t know that it’s been reported, consistent with our MO.  To me it looked like an ankle that happened on his breakaway TD against Stanford when the Stanford defender tripped TT up just before the goal line.  He played some downs after that, but I think that’s when it happened.

Don’t know what his injury was. In Whitt’s last presser he mentioned that they’re no longer talking about injuries, so no official word afaik.

This is how rumors start but the way he got clipped on the long run looked kind like a high ankle to this uneducated eye.

I hope he can go.  It’s a game-changer if he doesn’t IMO.

I was at Stanford game. I believe the injury occurred on his second TD he got clipped running into end zone and got up gingerly.
He still came out later and did what he did for two more TDs.

My gut is he is fine and just needed to rehab for two weeks. 🙏🏼

Whitt said holding him out against Arizona was just precautionary so I’m hoping he’s good to go tomorrow.

We will find out tomorrow around 5:30pm…and hopefully by 5:35pm he is rumbling into the end zone for the first of 4 (or more) TD’s.
