The Defense sucked for sure, but the Offense is still the ball and chain.

Holding Oregon to 30 was among the lowest scoring games they have had. Yet our offense can only manage a similar score to UC Davis? Every other Pac12 team, save ASU’s 35, was in the 40’s & 50’s. 

If Cal’s horrible Defense gives up 31 points to Hawaii and you can only manage 23? Every other PAC12 team put up 40+ pts.

 

Screw balanced offenses. Screw consistency if the product is mediocre. Our defense is doing enough to win games, our offense is clearly not.
