      Moore is from Detroit. Playing for a team joining the BIG gives him the chance to play high profile games in front of his family and friends. And his initial commitment was to Oregon before switching to UCLA so he was always interested in the PAC. Sounds more like an 18 year old not articulating himself as well as he would have liked than bulletin board material.
