      26-10!
RMU was the only conference team to have beaten us last year, and even that win put them 1-1 against us for the year (we’d won another 10-pt decision against them in SLC during the regular season matchup, and they’d gotten their revenge, in OT, in the conference championship game), so I’d expected a more challenging game against them, as this one would be on the road. In the preseason, I’d predicted our 3 toughest conference games would be vs Jacksonville, AFA, and RMU, but those three games are now behind us (we may have to face some of them again in the conference tournament later), and with Utah going 3-0 by an average margin of victory of 7-ppg. Today’s game was a back-&-forth campaign throughout the majority of the game, but by midway through the 3rd-Qtr, Utah pulled away for good.
Utah is giving up an average of 12-ppg vs conference opponents, which is higher than last year (9-ppg), but that might have more to do with Utah having already faced the top 3 toughest conference opponents we’ll see all season, meaning this average will drop after having faced Lindenwood, Mercer, Cleveland St, and Queens College (NC).
Utah’s win in Moon Township, PA moves us to 5-0 in the conference (6-4 overall), and keeps us 1-game ahead of the conference’s 2nd-place team, #18 Jacksonville, 2-games ahead of 3rd-place AFA, and 2.5-games ahead of 4th-place Bellarmine.
Utah returns home for a Wednesday afternoon game vs Lindenwood — who at present is tied for last place in the conference with RMU and Queens.
      GO UTES!!!
