ParticipantAfter some time thinking, I thought a way to vent is to use X96’s things that must go format for here and for Ute Football. Here is my list.
Prevent Defense – I hate this so much, & it doesn’t work.
Whitt ball – Please stop taking the gas off the offense.
Offensive play calls in general – For the love, I don’t need flashy plays every down, but some competency is nice.
Whitt running the ball like McBride up the middle.
Zero half time adjustments
Not knowing how to play with a lead.
The number of offensive coordinators we have had.
College realignment
Utah playing at mediocre levels.
Gassing our or defense due to incompetent offensive drives.
Going from winning bowl games, to losing them, to not even making it.
Bowl games where the team doesn’t seem interested in playing.
Focusing more on uniform looks instead of game play. Can we keep it simple please.
The interlocking U’s. They look stupid and are like UH or UI. We really couldn’t come up with something better.
The team down south and their fans – Saying the name is like summoning them.
Our coach blaming offense – Do a better job coach! Also special teams.
This season.
The insanity of the doing the same style of play and not winning big.
And Finally our beloved coach with his head lodged somewhere other than football. -

ParticipantThat’s the point of this and things that must go. Vent and then let it go.

ParticipantNot accepting turnover risk while developing quarterbacks. Please, let them play and don’t crush their confidence if they throw an interception. Let them throw themselves out of their funks.
Slow developing offensive plays. We need to develop more quick 3 step passes. When defenses are getting to the qb too often.
Playing not to lose. I hate it!
Only playing well if we have a chip on our shoulder.
Ignoring the importance of an offensive culture.
Stealing offensive players for defense so often.
The head Coach not taking responsibility for the offense.

ParticipantAssuming we’re speaking only about football, the only thing that really must go is the Bhutan death march that occurs on the concourse behind the NEZ after every game. Who’s the genius who designed in a choke point?
