      My experience has been minimum mandatory sentences seem to be unfair. But I also see judges being equally unfair to the victims and not punishing criminals.

                    Every internet forum is whining. All threads on this board are whining. Social media is whining snarky behavior. Before Utefans collapsed you used to have pretty good conversations on Utehub. Now it is just like everything else. Snarky ass comment, pointing out something completely irrelevant to OP.
