Updated Weather for Pac-12 Championship

A little more clarity on timing of the waves of rain moving through the Bay Area.  Current indications are that the game may escape the rain, aside from fog or mist toward the end of the game.  Forecasted winds have picked up some.  So will call it a 10% chance of measurable rain during the game, mostly cloudy with chance of fog or mist in the second half.   Kickoff temperature 52 droping to mid 40s. Wind northwest 15, with some gusts to 20 mph.
