      Reading Irban is pushing for Scalley to join his staff, maybe as DC, for the Jaguars.

      Would be a great finishing school for Utes next HC.

      Scalleybis a great recruiter, so we could suffer there.

      Promote the Sherriff to retain Whits D philosophy.

      Is it worth a short term sacrifice if this were to happen five years in the future?

      I saw this too. Could be great experience for Morgan and make him even better prepared to take over as HC when Whit retires. It sounds like we have Shah who could step right in and take over as DC if this were to happen?

            I think both have what it takes to be head coaches. But Scalley has more years coaching and if he goes and joins with Urban for a few years, then I would say Morgan is the man.
