I was just about to leave and get a MTB ride in before noon so I could watch USC at Colorado. Then I realized the noon start was eastern time. USC is already up 7-0 on their first possession.

I think I hate both teams equally

Central Coast UteParticipant
I will always hate SC more.

I haven’t been watching the whole game. Obviously the score being 34-7 right now it was very expected.
Watching Colorado on this single drive and I just see a difference offensively. Yeah they are out of their league. You can see the way WR dive for catches. Some of the drops and stuff were just bad. Vele and NJ looked like the only guys trying last night. It just seems like the offense is second guessing themselves. I think of the Glover spin move. The Curry wait to get tackled instead of get the first down.NJ looks like he has a leash on. He is being told to do things and he LITERALLY does that thing. They wanted him to look down field instead of take off running. NJ did that. His throwing motion correction mid game. It was like zippy passing wasn’t working so they told him to come over the ball.

48-27 now…I don’t care what anybody says and I don’t care how they try to package it, USC’s defense is absolute crap…if Utah had Colorado’s offense (imagine saying that), they’d crush USC.

The Miami UteParticipant
And Williams tried to play hero ball once again and gets picked off….Colorado scores again and this game gets interesting.

I think USC is the most overrated team in
P12 this year, and they’ll have 3 reg season losses.-

Couldn’t possibly be more over rated than CU.

48-34 we’re in business!
-
The Miami UteParticipant
Yeah, and USC has given up almost 500 yards of offense…it’ll probably be well over 600 by the time the game is over.
-
SalUteopiaParticipant
Man the USC game is so winnable if we had even a modicum of offense.
-
The Miami UteParticipant
Yeah, they’re absolute trash. Even ASU, who has an offense almost as bad as Utah’s, moved the ball extremely well against them last weekend.
-
SalUteopiaParticipant
ASU’s offense looked like a circus, but I applaud their efforts and willingness to try different things.

Go Colorado, beat the Trojans!

The Miami UteParticipant
Colorado choked at the end…they took way, way too much time on their last drive…and the play-calling? You’re down two scores with no timeouts and you’re calling running plays?
-
EagleMountainUteParticipant
Wild finish. I want an offense so badly. This defense is too good to waste.

The Miami UteParticipant
Colorado actually outgained USC, 564 yards to 498 yards. It’s going to be really interesting to see how many points Oregon and Washington put up on USC. Those games might knock Williams out of college football.

2008 National ChampParticipant
SC’s defense is so bad Utah will go wild on them. I predict a minimum of 2 TD’s and will fight anyone who says otherwise 🙂
-
The Miami UteParticipant
USC’s defense and Utah’s offense are mirror images of each other. USC will absolutely get boatraced when they play Washington and Oregon. I also fully expect Arizona and Notre Dame to do some damage to them if not give them an actual loss.

Utah licking their chops looking at USC’s defense. 14 points is definitely attainable.
