      Utah football has announced promotions for three staff members. Pablo Cano, Utah’s assistant director of player personnel for the past three years, is the new director of player personnel. Replacing Cano as assistant director of player personnel is Robert Blechen and filling a new position as director of high school relations is Alema Fitisamanu.
