ParticipantWe also picked up UNM RB NaQuari Rogers. He was RB2 at UNM, but his YPC stat is not bad.
We now have a complete RB room with Mitchell, 2 Freshmen, Mike Washington from NM State, Parker, and Rogers. I am not sure if Andrews will stay at RB or go back to LB.

ParticipantI am not going to say publicly who he looks like running the ball, but I can’t be the only one who sees it….. 😳🥺

ParticipantSo obviously I have been upset with the direction the program was headed for two years now. This offseason though has been about the best or exceeding expectations for sure.
This signing really pushes the class into getting most of the needs met. Just need to get some sort of excorcism for these damn injuries to go away.

ParticipantGreat news. I thought this board would’ve exploded with comments and excitement.
But the day is still early.

ParticipantHe reminds me of #22 running the ball!

ParticipantGreat news on Parker, I believe he is a legit P4 talent and will replace MB.
However, I don’t see another talent like him in the current room and we’ll need at least 2 RB on his level.
I would expect that we’re not done and there will be additional opportunities ahead. So, tracking nicely.

ParticipantI still would love to keep Woods. We need a smaller back for changeup. Right now we have a few midsize guys (Mitchell, Parker, Rogers) a power back (Washington), but lost our smaller and shiftier guys. Quite the reversal from a few months ago ha ha. Maybe Guillory or Bray can be that guy. I know the Guillory kid was super highly regarded, and only carried the lower rating because he reclassified up a year so he’s a year younger (and thus a year behind physically). I can’t remember where I saw it, but somewhere I read talk of him possibly being a top 100 kid if he stayed in the 26 class.

ParticipantHe runs a little upright, still going to be very good for us!
