Utah Lacrosse falls to Duke 19-7 in the NCAA tournament

Impressed with how Utah did given the circumstances against the #2 team in the country. There were times I couldn’t believe the size comparison of Utah’s offense vs Duke’s defense. Duke is one of the lacrosse world’s blue bloods and it was showcased today. Utah has a long way to go to get to the final four but the fact they have reached the tournament twice in two seasons is a positive. This program is on the rise! Go Utes!

Loved the fight!

A perfect game could’ve made it close which is better than can be said last year. Wish they’d have covered the back side a little better! Where’s the ‘2’???

Maybe next year we can earn a bid against a reasonable opponent.

Unfortunately, a “more reasonable opponent” in subsequent seasons’ tournaments will only be made possible if we become a “seeded” team, and that won’t happen for as long as we’re still in the ASUN.
