I remember Barnes had a few WR that he would just throw the ball in the area and they would catch it. This was one of them.
He had 5 catches for 78 yards against Utah.

Honestly, it’s hard to get excited about one season rentals like Otto Tia…here’s why…the clock’s on him…maybe he does well and his stock skyrockets or maybe he has a hard time learning a new system and isn’t even a factor this season. I mean, everyone here was excited about Anthony Woods and it looks like that guy won’t even ever play a down for Utah…

“New normal” is going to be one season rentals honestly. Utah has to adapt for the players available.

You’d think that college sports would learn from the pros, don’t you? There’s a big reason why free agency in the pros is strictly regulated. It’s because they know that unfettered and unregulated free agency dilutes the value of the product. The reality is that if the players aren’t loyal, within certain parameters, to the team how can you expect the fans to be?

The bar is pretty low for what a WR transfer to Utah needs to produce. When you consider that two kids this site loved who transferred from Syracuse ended up with the same total catches that I did.,, But I threw less picks so maybe I should let Whitt know that I still have eligibility?

Who really knows what the future has in store for us…I can see a future scenario where a guy leaves college with, say two years of eligibility remaining like Sione Vaki did, stink it up in the NFL and come back to college in order to continue to get paid playing football.
