Kaufusi Can’t Be Stopped
Taliana Kaufusi continues to rack up goals in 2022 and she tallied her sixth goal of the year Thursday night against UW. The junior from Salt Lake City has moved into the top 10 in the Pac-12 in goals and has already surpassed her goal total from all of 2022. In the games that Kaufusi has scored, Utah owns a 3-1-1 record and she’s the first Ute to register five goals in the season’s first nine games since Hailey Skolmoski in 2017. Kaufusi already has more goals in a season than any Ute player since 2018 and she’s now scored in four of her team’s last five matches
