      2020’s recruiting STATE CHAMPS, mapped and explained

      New Mexico: Utah got the #1 player, three-star TE Connor O’Toole, and there were only four rated recruits in the state.
      Utah: Oregon got the only five-star, the little brother of a current Duck. But Utah dominated otherwise, signing four of the top five.

      Winning the in-state recruiting battle is everything for Utah football. Look at all the biggest programs. I didn’t look super hard, but I didn’t see any program that won more than two states. We are doing a good job recruiting. If we can continue to lock down Utah, as well as poaching a few highly rated kids from other states, we are going to continue the upward trajectory.

      Maine was won by a lobster while Bernie sanders took Vermont. I like how the author threw those in, it reminds us not to take this stuff too serious.
