Nike released a Durant ad right after the Warriors win:

Congrats to the guy and the Warriors. But I gotta say, to me, Durant leaving OKC to join an already-championship caliber team and then winning a championship proves very little to me other than being a savvy free agent. I felt the same way about Lebron’s rings in Miami. Lebron’s rings in Cleveland, however… now that is a crowd silencer. If Durant really wants to silence his critics and prove that he is amazing, go back to OKC or some other team that is not already championship-ready, help that team progress, then win a championship. Then you silence your critics. IMO, players just hopping to a great team in hopes of getting a ring represents an unfortunate trend (that has been going on for a long time, but seems to be getting worse). It now seeps through all levels down to little league club teams. I get it. But I am not a fan.
