The opening scene when Cougar gets scared by the MiG 28 and won’t land because he’s holding on too tight and loses the edge. Twice, both Goose and Merlin say, “let’s land this thing, we’re getting low on gas!”. Really? Gasoline? Would a fighter pilot or co-pilot ever say, “we’re getting low on gas.” Or is gas just a term we use for all fuels?
