      Is there an NCAA athletic department staff salary cap? Would be an interesting loophole to just hire all the parents of your top recruiting prospects. If they’re not coaches hire them to do whatever they’re remotely qualified to do.

        The NCAA doesn’t have one AFAIK, but the U athletic department sure does…
