…and why when I try to “convert” my season tickets does it always say that I don’t have any eligible tickets??? I would love to be able to transfer individual tickets digitally, but have no idea how to set it up!
If it says your tickets aren’t eligible you can still call the Utah ticket office and they can transfer them for you. This happened to me once but I wondered if it was because I tried transferring them the day of the game. I’ve never had a problem transferring until that time.
