Went to Ohgr/KMFDM last night, seeing Youth Code on Saturday, and am gearing up for the Ministry show next Monday.  So it’s been a steady diet of industrial for me the last few days.

Been listening to Ministry for 30+ years, but have never had the chance to see Uncle Al live.  Looking forward to finally correcting that character flaw.  🙂

Today started with a little Angels & Airwaves and has evolved into a huge Spotify playlist of modern music… INXS, Depeche Mode, Erasure, etc.

You will love Ministry live. I saw them at the old dv8 circa 2002. Soooo LOUD! Oghr is someone I haven’t thought of in years! It being October and all, I will be listening to the Cramps, Misfits, bahaus, and The Damned, from now until November. Then it’s my awesome late fall music! This is my favorite time of year for so many reasons…

Fats Domino died today. Maybe the most underrated musician of the entire early rock era – in that time period, the only artist to sell more albums than Fats was Elvis. And no other black artist even comes close. RIP Fats.
