Oregon State is the team that I least follow in the PAC12. All I know is that they hardly ever win, seem to have some playmakers on the O, and that their D sucks.

They were probably worse when we last played them in Corvallis in 2016. Joe Williams 2.0 ran all over them, but the weather and otherwise lackluster performance made that game closer than it should have been.

We *should* win this one comfortably, but is there anything about Oregon State that concerns you? If we happen to come out flat, would they make us pay for it? Are they capable of playing “inspired” ball? What do you know about Oregon State, and how will that play into Saturday’s game?

2 of our kids are OSU grads.  We went to many of their games when they attended school, not so much now.  As an OSU fan–solid offense, I like the play calling by Jonathan Smith; defense is swiss cheese BIG TIME.  Utes won’t have a problem.

Yes we should easily beat them, but this is the Pac-12. If we don’t show up, we will lose. Coach even said so today. Can’t take any game lightly.

I do love our Defense but looking at the stats, they have what has been over the last few weeks, a pretty potent offense. Granted – not the toughest schedule but their QB has more yards and twice as many TDs as TH and a receiver that already has 43 rec and 9 TDs. They average over 475 yards a game. This is not going to be an easy game, esp being in Corvallis. We need to be ready to play.

I think they finally have an answer in Smith as a head coach. He has them headed in the right direction after Anderson had he’s mental breakdown or whatever it was, lit a match and walked away.

QB can sling it and hasn’t thrown a pick yet i don’t think. Their running game doesn’t scare me at all. They will come out with the USC strategy against is and see if or DBs can make a play. If they don’t, could be trouble.

      I think we win 31 – 20 though.
