      Lost to Northern Illinois.

      If ND isn’t playoff eligible, it opens a second slot for the big 12.

        They definitely aren’t making the playoffs. They will lose at least one more game. A 10-2 Notre dame with a loss to NIU and say, USC, will have maybe 1 ok win, 1 bad loss, and a loss at the end of the season. They need to go 11-1 minimum to make the playoffs.
