  Although just to remind Oregon who is the “one ship fleet” of the PAC 12.
  
  This past Saturday, the University of Utah football team paid tribute to USS Salt Lake City with special uniforms featuring the heavy cruiser on the helmet.   1964 throwbacks with the gray hand painted helmets we wore in 2019. We’ve never lost a game wearing those

    Correct you are CB_Ute! I don’t care if the helmets are hand painted or not, but that Red-on-Gray (or Silver), with Gray/Silver helmet is such a sharp look, that it HAS to be worn for at least ONE game every year. And it can’t be worn in the Rose Bowl. For the Rose we need to stick with our traditional brand. But for the CCG? Yes please!

    Why does Utah shy away from that look? Such a great logo. This whole “we want to be like Oregon” and wear new uni’s every week is bush league.

      I Don’t know, but I think both teams will be wearing “at home” uniforms.

  I’d like to see all red with the chrome red helmet and large ‘U’. Similar to the look in the Las Vegas bowl against BYU.
