Coaching wise it didn’t seem like Utah put a spy on Richardson at all. I said all game it didn’t make sense to me why they chose to do that. Still feels like they did enough to win the game and the loss is primarily on the offense. Especially with the turnover. Loss probably shines extra light on the defense and corrects problems though. Silver linings I guess.
maYbE uTah should have fUll ConTacT praCtices….oNCe in a while!!!!!! You’re supposed to have all this depth…why not go balls out and hit some people. Put Logan Kendall on the D-Line. He’ll hit someone. F**K!
Some of it was defenders not playing their position correctly. See this on Diabate, where he crashes into the OLine, and Reid has to chase down the RB, where Diabate should have been.
How many times did we see this? An overeager Diabate (3) fills the other LB's hole chasing a tackle instead of staying home for the cutback. He's a good guy with a good head on his shoulders but he's probably not cut out to be an ILB. Edge guy, sure. pic.twitter.com/kI1VIYv9In
