  Even though the announcement came from Whitt (as it should being the HC) I assume that Harlan signed off on this as well. That would tell me that Scalley has a good chance at succeeding Whitt.

    Maybe not offers but I’ll bet ADs were approaching Harlan asking if they could start interviewing Scalley.

    You don’t need to wonder. Morgan had offers from Oklahoma and WSU last year as a DC. I’m guessing this year many knocks were on that door
