  Okie lite signed two RB’s today, one HS and one transfer (purchase) from South Carolina that is 225lbs. It appears they filled the need.

    That’s what I’ve seen too, and it makes a lot of sense. I’m pretty sure he’s from the area. Plus, SMU has rich boosters and they need to up their talent level if they hope to compete in the ACC.

    Because JJ informed the coaches on Friday that he intends to enter the portal after the bowl game. There’s been a lot of discussions since then. Hopefully traction has been gained with keeping him here.

      So why not tell him to hit the bricks? Kyle has never played the game unless there were extenuating circumstances. e.g. Dixon’s mental health or Bernard’s Tavions BS.

        Because this is a new CFB world we’re living in. Every good player is gonna have a portal $ offer somewhere. Can’t just say GTFO anymore when players explore and entertain the offers they receive. Have to adapt and navigate the new landscape.

        Neither said he was leaving. They messages on other threads not started by themselves that he might be leaving.
