He’s made Butler choke some free throws, I think.

He might be looking for an NIL deal. The team is not playing defense like they have all year. They are not disciplined today.

He’s a University of Utah fan that lives in Vegas…they had a short interview with him at halftime.

His brother used to post on UFN years ago but I can’t remember his username. Met him at one of the old tailgates. He used to do the scream from the stands years ago, too.

Good on him. Takes pride even when the program may not be worthy of it.

Dressed in the No. 23 of Ute women’s basketball player Maty Wilke, Utah superfan Corey Chidester caught the attention of players, broadcasters and Butler coach Thad Matta as his shrieks filled the arena and distracted the Bulldogs while they were shooting their free throws.

“Right now, our biggest problem is No. 23 across the bench over there — that fan. He’s pretty damn good at was he’s doing,” Matta said on during a timeout interview on FS1.

I was wondering about his jersey number. I just thought it was Vranes.

I love it. We need more fans like that guy.

100s or 1000s of energetic vocal fans create a great atmosphere (as seen locally in Provo and Logan).

One single fan trying to make a difference stands out and can appear to some (not all) to be foolish but give the man credit for his effort.

If just a modest 1% of our student body were to show up and act like him every home game……
