Women’s Basketball Headed To Colorado For Monday Matchup

The University of Utah women’s basketball program turns its attention back to Pac-12 play as they travel to Boulder to take on the Colorado Buffaloes on Monday, Dec. 14. The game is set for a 12 p.m. MT tip and will air on the Pac-12 Networks

This will be an interesting game to see where we’re at. The top tier of the Pac-12 looks to be Stanford, Oregon, Arizona and UCLA, all of whom where ranked in the top 11 in the country in the most recent poll. Hopefully we can battle for that second tier with Oregon St, ASU and ???. However, to do that, we need to win games like this one vs. Colorado. Sherrod (00) is a jet quick guard who can create problems and Hollingshead (21) is a super-athletic forward who is difficult to contain. Hopefully we can get Hollingshead in some foul trouble. I do think we have a depth advantage here but we’ll need to play well, and as always, we will need to shoot well.
